If you are not satisfied, we provide a streamlined return and exchange process to help you find your ideal comfort solution.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Disassemble your X-Chair and place it securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit; ensure all components and manuals are included.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
